How do I submit a request for a repair or information from the HOA Board? You can either submit a request form from the "Contact" page or send us an email at oakmontboard@yahoo.com

Is there a phone number to call a Board member? No. There is no phone number for the Oakmont Villas Board. Board members are volunteers and private residents. Their phone numbers are not shared. Respect Board members private life by sharing all communication to the Board through the oakmontboard@yahoo.com email address.

When are monthly HOA dues required to be paid? All HOA monthly dues are to be paid by the first of each month via an automatic withdrawal from a homeowner's designated bank account.

What are acceptable forms of payments? Beginning January 1, 2019, all residents are required to submit payments via ACH. Click here for a copy of the ACH Form that you will provide to Oakmont Villas.

What are you doing to keep resident information private on this website? Since this site is on the public Internet, we will never use a resident's full name or unit # on this site. The only exception is to list the board members' names on the About Us page. We will never list a unit number.

Does Oakmont Villas have a lawn irrigation system? No. The irrigation system that was installed in 1999-2000 was discontinued in 2015 because parts for repair or replacement were no longer available. Although sprinkler heads are still visible in some yards, these are not active sprinklers. Due to the expense there are no plans to replace the irrigation system.
